Description:
I developed this online tracking system for the UTeach program's Teacher Development Rubric (TDR). The TDR describes a set of proficiencies that student teachers must demonstrate as a requirement for teacher certification (Classroom Environment, Teaching Preparation, Subject Matter Knowledge, Equity, Instruction and Delivery, and Professional Responsibilities.)
University Facilitators observe student teachers regularly and submit evidence of these proficiencies in the online TDR system. UTeach instructors, evaluators, and the students themselves can view the observations compiled into the format of the TDR to see where they stand.
