I developed this online mid-course evaluation system to replace the previous system of collecting mid-course evaluation forms on paper and aggregating the responses manually.

Once the evaluation period has ended, the program evaluators and course instructors can log in and view reports aggregated by instructor, course, section, or the entire UTeach program.

This project, along with various other online evaluation tools I built for UTeach, achieved its goal of saving the time and cost of processing hundreds of paper-based evaluations per year.
